Class is held every Friday, 5:30-6:30pm, starting November 6th!

*Classes will be held upstairs in the loft! 

Hatha Flow style of yoga for All-levels. Beginner friendly!​

Bring a mat and water. Bring a friend. We'll move and we'll flow. Join me! ​Stay after and hang out!

$10 minimum suggested donation
(all forms of payment accepted)

Roughhouse offers in-house brewed beers, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, sandwiches, and other snacks! Stay after for conversation and community!

*Yoga classes are catered for adults. Kids are welcome as long as they are able to practice peacefully.
